Basic but comfortable stay for a short duration. The cottage needs some TLC but it was clean, tidy, and had all the basic facilities - kitchen with appliances, laundry, tv/internet and it is dog friendly. Owner was approachable and let us have a late checkout as the next booking was not until the following day
Needs some updating as there is a fair bit of wear and tear, especially on the externals at the back and the door to the yard. It is next to a train line so could be a bit noisy at times, but it did not seem excessive.
