Ritz hotel

It’s in a very good location near to everything. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. It has a very nice view.

Mattress wasn’t comfortable

Beautiful property great location with lovely sea views. The breakfast is amazing too!

Breakfast amount was kind of small portion compared to what existed in the menu, I would recommend to make the breakfast as one of the menu items but the taste was good and the ingredients were fresh, the location was very very good near to every needed spot in Alexandria

Place is not a hotel, not so big as others but it really fits your needs, I was annoyed of paying 12% extra on every thing I order in the hotel I wish if a discount was made for those who are reserving rooms, no bed for my child, despite the staff was very very kind they have poor professionalism, really need more training, restaurant needs a good cleaning care more than this, restaurant wasn't supplied by AC "indoor area", I requested water on the second day & I still paid for it 50 LE for 2 small waters while i shall have free 2 bottles every day

Friendly staff, doing their best to make stay enjoyable, Excellent receptionist and restaurant personnel.

Unfortunately, a great downtown location has it's drawbacks, noisy road doesn't get any better at night, bikers on loud motorbikes (HarleyDavidson) were roaming all night, sirens and speeding tuned cars.
