Jewel Plaza Banha hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Jewel Plaza Banha Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

One point that could be improved is the communication at check-in. We were not informed by the front desk that bringing food from outside was not allowed or that an additional charge would apply. It would be much better if guests were clearly informed about this policy during check-in to avoid any misunderstanding.

The staff were great. I can't say enough. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location is a great help. Having a hotel in Benha makes it easier to do work.

The internet was up and down.

non si può avere dialogo fiducioso con il reception insomma ti promettono di sono accordati per variare il ore e il giorno di arrivo ma quando sei arrivato ti fanno pagare una nuova prenotazione ( al mio caso prenotato da 05 al 07 2 notti o tre giorni ) non arrivo il 5 ma arrivo il giorno 6 pomeriggio come siamo rimasto d'accordo tramite scritta a email al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che mi spiace la completa prenotazione stata cancellata se ho bisogno dovrei prenotare un'altra e dovuto farla per una notte e cosi perso la vecchia prenotazione pagata era anche assicurata
