Perfect! Excellent amenities brilliant location
The arrangements for breakfast were poor, no menu just handed a plate of rolls! Better yet f I eaten on the main parade!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jewel Plaza Banha Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.
One point that could be improved is the communication at check-in. We were not informed by the front desk that bringing food from outside was not allowed or that an additional charge would apply. It would be much better if guests were clearly informed about this policy during check-in to avoid any misunderstanding.
