Apartman je renoviran i čist nalazi se na prvom spratu, prozori su novi sa komarnicima i roletnama, klima nova radi odlično, kuhinja nova, u apartmanu imate sve što je potrebno za boravak, internet radi odlično. Terasa je velika iz obe sobe se izlazi na istu, gelda na dvorište.

Kupatilo je malo ali za potrebe odmora 10 dana je sasvim dovoljno

Our stay at Nea Potidea Summer Apartment exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best holiday experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and designed with great attention to every detail. It was impeccably clean and equipped with absolutely everything a family could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The apartment also features a powerful air conditioner that keeps the rooms pleasantly cool even on the hottest days, mosquito screens on the windows for peaceful evenings, a Smart TV for entertainment and relaxation, and excellent Wi-Fi internet, which worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location is perfect – only a few minutes' walk from the beach, while shops, restaurants, bakeries, and everything needed for a carefree vacation are within easy reach. At the same time, the apartment is situated on a quiet and peaceful street, allowing for complete relaxation and restful nights. .The owners (Natasha and her husband) are incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their care for their guests is evident in every detail and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We leave with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nea Potidea and looking for a perfect holiday experience.

Very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Has two terraces. Clean. Good starting point for traveling. Friendly landlady, gave us good recommendations.
