Cleanliness..there is a little dust on tv table..but otherwise,the place is perfectly clean

I can access lots of shop in the mall whenever I want to buy something.
No extra toilet paper (only used one), there's coffee or food stain on the sofa seat, those fake plants are really dusty, Wi-Fi is a little bit slow, there are some small black worms near shower drains wriggling around, the curtains cannot fully closed.

Affordable and convenient. Easy access to the mall for food hunting and buy your basic necessities.
If you want to stay here you need to pay for parking since the mall already implemented parking fees.
