K Avenue by Meetstay

It's good to have place near airport, had facilities like laundry hub, gym room, swimming pool just to do daily life stuff while staying at K Avenue. A good place to stay if you just commute via Grab or other transportation than rented cars. The receptionist in front is friendly and good at explaining the problems and gives solutions to tourists as far as I saw. Give them a raise though. That's not easy task to handle many tourist in one day. Sure, can add some TV there at lobby center promoting the place or just do advertising sponsor so maybe, just maybe can attract tourist to go to the place as advertised there rather than putting banners on the wall , that surely give tourist informations on where to go from there.

-The token machine at Laundry Hub can't dispense coins. Fortunately, there's an instruction in English to take coins from the reception center. Unfortunately, I saw some Chinese people (maybe foreigner) hard to understand the language there. At least put dual language while putting written notice. -For the key and lift card, better to put signs of each tower keys, e. g Tower A Key, Tower B Key and so on for tourist to easily spot the place to take their keys and lift card access. Be sure to put arrow signs on which direction to go on the wall at least, not only through WhatsApp instructions. I had to ask the enforcement working there to show me the place to take room keys from. -Again, on Laundry Hub. Please provide machine to buy the detergents and softener. I was not told to bring my own cleaning agent to wash the clothes. Me and other tourist earlier need to search for detergent and softener first before doing that. Please keep in mind to inform the tourist before then through WhatsApp after the confirmation of them staying at K Avenue. -Parking is a problem while staying there. Those who rent "one house" as I found on Tiktok can park at parking lot inside . As for others who rent like studio type room need to compete for visitors parking or else had to park beside the road that might give problems to other road user while driving later on. If possible, make access to the parking lot by creating parking system like the Imago Shopping Mall, before exit need to pay. I saw on the tower there's so many vacant parking lot but need to have card access specific to parking lot entrance which was offered to tourist during booking and that was good but bad for others who had limited access to visitor parking as it always full of people. Saw one van was clamped on tyre, please just tow the van away and give notice to the owner to pay before removing the clamp.
