1) close to grocery store (Bataras), Restaurants and mall 2) have 24hours mart 3) easy to check in/ out 4) The master bedroom are big
1) no parking lot for the unit. Have to take time finding a parking lot and parking near the lift are all reserved. 2) Got cockroaches 3) I book for 5 persons but the bed are 1 double, 1 single and double seat cushion

Highly recommended! The accommodation is tidy, comfy, and perfectly situated near major malls. It wasn't just a stay, it was a fun experience from start to finish.

Convenient place to stay if you're planning to go to penampang area. At it located in shopping mall, so you can easily buy things.
The staff/owner of the homestay didn't give proper invoice / bill, so we didn't know the exact amount to pay and only pay whats written in the booking.com site and yet they told me i didn't read until the end. NEXT TIME PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER INVOICE / BILL BEFORE ASKING FOR PAYMENTS. THE AMOUNT IN BOOKING.COM SITE IS NOT THE SAME AS AMOUNT YOU ASK TO PAY.
