La résidence est vraiment parfaite, des beaux immeubles dans un quartier très agréable avec une magnifique piscine.
L'insonorisation de l'appartement. Toutes les nuits vers 1h du matin le voisin collé à la chambre principale prend sa douche et on a réellement l'impression qu'il est dans la même pièce que nous. Le ménage n'est pas au top la poussière est poussée vers les coins. Manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine, pour deux ça peut aller pour 4 c'est vraiment limite.

Großes Appartement in einer modernen Wohnanlage mit saisonalem Außenpool und Innenhof. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür. Gut strukturierte Anweisungen zum Check-In und -out. Unkomplizierte, schnelle Kommunikation. Busverbindung zum Zentrum. Waschmaschine, Toaster und viele weitere Geräte vorhanden.

Great location close to Seville attractions, great parking garage, beautiful poll
Check in was very confusing, instructions translated from Spanish were unclear and incomplete. You need to dial a code from the front gate to be granted entry to complex, then go to building 3 at far end of pool and dial unit 1D, then go upstairs to floor 1, then use a lock box code to get condo keys. With the keys is a remote fob for the parking garage, entrance further down the street (park in garage section 3 spot 132) and there is another key to activate the elevator from garage to the apartment.

Apartamento en muy buen estado, de construcción moderna con buenas zonas comunes. Decoración agradable y buena climatización. Muy cerca del centro de Sevilla.
Algo escasa la vajilla y los utensilios de cocina. La limpieza de la cocina era algo mejorable, especialmente la campana, horno, zona de cocción.
