We had a wonderful stay! Before our trip, Booking.com had a glitch and I accidentally made two reservations at different properties. Vera Lucia was incredibly kind, understanding, and flexible, allowing us to reschedule our dates without any issues. We really appreciated her help. She also met us upon arrival to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything else, which made us feel very welcome from the start. We stayed in the 15B unit, and it was perfect for my family. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, including olive oil, spices, and other cooking essentials. The same goes for the laundry, detergent was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch for a short stay. There were also extra pillows and blankets, and every little detail had been considered. It’s rare to find a place that is so well-equipped and welcoming. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

All was just good

Very nic accomodation, one of the best we had on Madeira. The windows in the bedrooms are really small, but for 1-3 nights stay I would come back again.

Nothing really, maybe a drying machine would be nice (since there is already a washing machine).
