Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, widoki cudne. Wnętrza domu spełniły oczekiwania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Very spacious and clean with a great view. Modern and comfortable. Centrally located in Santa Cruz but since it’s close to the main highway, it’s easy to go anywhere else.

One of the bathroom showers leaked to the outside floor. The same room has a big crack on the wall which seem to have mold on it.

The house is great and the view is perfect, lots of privacy, the jaccuzzi was great and had an awesome view. The house has a garage for private parking and there was a free parking lot just a few metres away. You can see the airplanes arriving, which is spectaculair to see. The location is great, just a minute from city centre but also quiet day and night, you just hear the calming sound of the waves.

The mattress of the bed was very wobbly, if one person moved the other person moved too.

We have stayed in many contemporary villas around Europe but this one was by far the best, we felt very much at home from the moment we arrived and did not want to leave! the villa was very clean and the kitchen extremely well equipped. Overall the villa was of a very high standard and very comfortable. Even though it was August and the temperature went over 30 degrees the villa was always cool inside, even at night with just a fan. The view of the sea was 180* and uninterrupted. There was easy access to the public footpath and you could walk to the supermarket in 5 minutes. Santa Cruz was a lovely low key town but had everything you may need. The host was always available to answer any questions we had. There was also an integral garage to park our car. It felt very secure and safe.

The airport was only a 6 minute drive away which was great! but you did hear the landing and take off from the planes, the sound was very short lived though and did not put us off at all.
