Best location in Nice ALTO 1 Bedroom & Terrace

The location was great, close to the city and the beach.

There are a lot of stairs leading up to the apartment, which could be difficult in the heat. But luckily the airco in the apartment worked perfectly.

Amazing location. Central to everything. Lovely spaced apartment. Air conditioning very good. Kitchen had all cutlery and utensils you need.

5 flights of stairs up to the apartment was not advertised anywhere. No lift available. Last set of stairs very narrow making getting suitcases up and down difficult.

The apartment itself is fine, and fairly spacious. little terrace is appreciated. It was clean. The kitchen was equipped. Two AC units, cooling efficiently. Double bed was comfortable. Location is great.

5 high floors to climb, no lift. Contractors in and out of the building, it did not feel like a residential building. TV is not a smart TV, so get ready to limit viewing to French National TV. The power kept on cutting - I reported it, nobody called later to see if it was fine and it kept on happening daily. The kitchen hot plates did not function properly, which I reported too and we ate out daily. Pillows are not sufficient and of quality. Curtain in bedroom is thin, I had to put a towel. All in all - it was certainly not a "nightmare" but I stayed in other flats in Nice, and this is not worth the price.
