Thousands of Bottles - Hostel and Trekking Agency Sumatra Orangutan Nature

I don't even know where to start, this hostel made my stay in Bukit Lawang very special. The reception/bar is a place where there's always something happening so it's easy to make friends. They can arrange treks and transport for you and are really flexible, I kept extending my stay and they were really nice to me.

Everything is perfect

I highly recommend Thousands of Bottles! It was the perfect place to stay for my Bukit Lawang trip. As a solo traveler, coordinating a jungle trek, transportation, and everything in between felt really overwhelming, but Thousands of Bottles took care of everything and made the whole experience feel so easy. They coordinated a shared taxi from the airport, my stays at the hostel before and after my trek, my jungle trek itself, and my ride to Lake Toba afterward. I genuinely didn’t have to stress about anything! The owner is SO nice, incredibly helpful, and just such a fun person to hang out with. The location is right in the center of Bukit Lawang, and they have a great restaurant on site. The staff is the best, and coordinated my laundry after my trek. It’s also a popular hangout spot for locals, which made it really fun to meet and interact with people. I had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. I already want to go back! 💛

Merci pour l’accueil et les conseils ! Ibo et tout ses amis sont adorables et mettent à l’aise. La chambre solo et les dortoirs sont très confortables. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils trouveront une solution ! :) Les guides pour le jungle trek étaient vraiment adorables ! Merci à eux
