Location was excellent and room was nice and big. Was really easy to arrange transport to and from the place and book the jungle tours!

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He is available on Whatsapp and is very responsive. He picked me up from the bus station and also drove me there when I was leaving Bukit Lawang. He gave lots of good, accurate and useful information regarding transportation and prices and restaurant recommendations. The room was clean. It wasn't pristine and perfect but it was nice and I was very comfortable. Remember, this is in the jungle basically, so there will be some insects from time to time and even a few geckos, but they are really cute! They have mosquito nets, so you feel safe from the creepy crawlies. But there weren't many of them anyway. And finally, do the tour with them! The prices are not extraordinarily cheap, but they are in line with everywhere else. I asked around, and they were all the same price, so honestly, I would be careful if you found a tour that is "too cheap." The guide, Putra, spoke English well, and he helped us find 4 organgutans and other animals in the off-season. The food was plentiful and delicious (thank you, Bruno, the cook).

Nothing really. The shower was not hot, but I really didn't mind because it's so hot in Bukit Lawang. It was actually so refreshing to have a cool shower. Didn't like the humidity, but that is obviously out of their control. They could maybe install a mirror in the bathroom, though.

WOW! Our jungle trek with Coco was absolutely unforgettable! 😍 He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had the BEST time. The whole team was amazing, taking care of every little detail. Snacks, safety, laughs—you name it! If you’re in the area, DO NOT miss this adventure! 🦧

Great location. Owner helped organise jungle trekking tour. Very good tour overall. Guides were super helpful, but perhaps be more considerate about the pace throughout the hike for people less fit.

There were people screaming at each other outside my room the night before the trek, but I assumed it was some other guests. I had only one issue with the jungle trekking, and that was feeding the orangutans to bribe them closer to humans. Mashed banana was stuck to a tree, enticing the semi-wild primates. I did question this as it was uncomfortable for me, but it was denied by the same person I witnessed doing it. All I would rather is that we are told to bring binoculars to see them from afar without the use of exploiting their previous human contact.
