Le cadre extérieur, propre et simple.Parking spacieux, très utile en centre bourg. Tout le confort matériel, 1 salon de jardin pour repas, 1 salon jardin pour repos , Etente à linge pour retour de plage, Mobilier et sanitaires très fonctionnel. 1 WC et 1 lavabo par étage. Isolation phonique intérieure. Vaisselle et placards très suffisant et de qualité. Pièce à vivre aérée, lumineuse. Couchages bons et isolés des bruits extérieurs.

L'escalier pour les personnes plus fragiles, Marches étroites et hautes , rambarde manquante côté fenêtre. Les lits simples ,sous pente , sont courts pour adultes.
