The host was very good with communication. Entry to the flat was relatively easy with a lockbox. Perfect location in the heart of Old San Juan. Neighbors were super friendly. Will totally book again.
There was an unfortunate water outage that affected all of Old San Juan and surrounding areas. Hosts were very gracious and kept me updated all along the way regarding the situation. Their active communication was very key and the reason I will book here again.
