Great location, friendly staff, clean and confortable

We could hear movement in the hallway but since it was mostly families staying there is was not a big issue and it wasn't too noisy.

Apartament curat, cu lenjerii si prosoape de calitate, albe (set de prosop mare+mic, cearsaf- pentru fiecare turist in parte), mobilat si utilat modern, tehnologie moderna. Comunicare excelenta cu proprietarul, atat inainte, cat si dupa ce am ajuns, mi-a raspuns cu rabdare la absolut toate intrebarile (si eu intreb mult 😀). Pat confortabil, chiar si pe canapea se doarme bine, dau un pont: dormiti paralel cu peretele, pe lungimea canapelei, ca sa fie zona de dormit dreapta si comoda. Apartamentele sunt aproape de port in zona cu taverne, la 5 minute de mers pe jos, la cativa metri sunt 2 magazine cu de toate, o patiserie, o cafenea. Plaja din Fanari este aproape, se poate merge si pe jos, pana la portiunea lunga Fanari-Arogi sunt vreo 2 km (noi am mers cu masina, aveam prea multe de carat ca sa ne incumetam sa mergem pe jos cu copiii). Curatenie generala se face la 2 zile, dar trebuie sa soliciti asta (ca mai peste tot, din motive de sustenabilitate) prin apasarea butonului special dedicat (curatenie + se schimba prosoapele, lenjeriile, se completeaza cu hartie igienica). Nu trebuie sa ai bagaje multe, doar costume de baie, prosoape de plaja, 2-3 schimburi care nu necesita neaparat calcare (ai masina de spalat rufe in apartament, uscator mare si clesti pe balcon), gel de corp, sampon si alte cosmetice personale (se pune la dispozitie sapun solid si hartie igienica), detergent de rufe, capsule de cafea Lavazza a modo mio (capsule se vand si la receptie, eu am intrebat inainte si mi-am adus de acasa) si tacamuri (daca mancati in apartament).

Apartamentul nu are view, dar stiam asta si am acceptat sa fac un compromis, am ales confortul in detrimentul faptului ca nu are vedere decat la niste pomi. Am avut view pe plaja, pe faleza, la taverne, in delta si a fost suficient 😀

The location is centrally located and is simply exquisite! Everything, every detail has been thought of so that you simply don't have to worry about anything and just enjoy the stay. The accommodation is near the beach, has a perfectly equipped kitchen, new and modern, high end appliances, inclusively a modern iron that simply makes ironing clothes a joy. The beds are soooo comfortable and the rooms come with light blending curtains, that allow you to sleep until noon without seeing the slightest dim of light. Also each room has a silent air conditioning machine you don't hear at night and that stops each time you open the door, which is also comforting, as this care simply is taken out of one's mind. The balconies are sufficiently big for 4 persons at the one room ap artments and really generous at the 2 bedroom apartments. Each balcony has a build in chimney with a grill machine for a private barbeque. We stayed one night in one bedroom apartment and one night in a two bedroom apartment, as we did not find two nights in a row in one single apartment. We appreciated the welcoming efforts of the personnel, which managed to accomodate our request o book an extra night, after we arrived there. They even called us shortly after we left and told us we forgot a few thing at the apartment and that we can come back and pick them up at the reception. We were impressed. Also the cleaning lady was great in cleaning the next day quickly the second apartment so we could move in sooner and not pack all our bags in the car prior to check in time. The apartment - even if a 3 room appartment was perfectly clean prior to 12 o'clock, even if the other guests had just left. That was also very impressive.

There was not a single thing we did not enjoy at this accomodation.

Nicht ganz sauber… Zunächst nur kaltes Wasser ( jedoch schnelle Reparatur) Fäkaliengeruch aus Bad-/Küchen-Spül/Waschbecken Kein Tisch und keine Stühle im App. nur kleiner Tisch & 2 Stühle draußen 👎
