The bed was hard as a rock

The sofa is harder than a waiting room bench seat. The bed is just as hard. No sheet provided, just a doona and two pillows. There’s not even a cutlery insert in the kitchen drawer; the cutlery is just floating around. There’s a train line directly underneath the windows which the owners denied they or previous guests had ever even noticed before (hard to believe based on the loud rumble every 20mins or so most of the day/night). The carpark is probably one of the worst configurations I’ve ever driven in - don’t bother if you have a large car/4WD. I followed the instructions and returned the keys to a dodgy lock box inside a nearby Ezy Mart and was then harassed by phone and email most of the morning to find out where the keys were. I drove away from the accommodation to check in and out and then get harassed for my trouble? Get real. Just an overall below average stay. Would not recommend.
