The host was very helpful on arrival and answered all of my questions leading up to my stay. Location is great, big bedrooms and bathrooms. View is exceptional!
Trying to pick up the keys was a disaster and it took us 1hr to finally get into the apartment. Better communication required to explain that you must go into the Ezi Mart and ask the sales desk operator for the box then use padlock number to retrieve keys. The staff at the Ezi Mart had no idea what was going on. Once we had keys we needed a better explanation on which lifts out of the carpark we needed to get in to. There are 2 lift wells coming straight out of the 1 carpark your key only works on 1. It was surprisingly noisy too with traffic and train going past. But I would stay there again as I don't have small kids.
