Difficult entering and leaving with keys and parking

It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The TV sound is very thin and tinny, on all sound settings, and there is a buzz/rattle even at moderate volume. Very tiring to listen to. Picture is fine. I used a plug-in speaker to get around the sound problem, but it would be nice if the TV’s own sound were better. The only other gripe I have is that the video guiding your way to the parking spot is *way too fast* and hard to follow. The underground carpark is a labyrinth. Slower, clearer instructions would help! 😊

Close to sporting events

The location and free parking are a huge benefit; we used the property to attend a weekend of competitive sport for our children at SOP. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment is very tired and shabby. Lots of marks on the walls, very cheap and old furnishings. The apartment was also not very clean, there was food residue on surfaces in the kitchen and we discovered marks and stains on the bed linen as we were leaving (which I’m glad we didn’t know about prior). There is also some repairs needed - the two roller blinds in one of the bedrooms are stuck and don’t fully close, this means lots of light in the room even at night and impossible to sleep. The smoke alarm was also beeping constantly brought during our stay and I note the previous occupant had left a review to report this and it was obviously not addressed. I did contact the host who offered to come and sort it out but this was late and night and I was alone with my children. We have stayed in this apartment complex previously and the apartments have been luxe and comfortable. This particular apartment, however, definitely needs some attention and isn’t a property we’d choose to stay at again.
