Location was ideal, close to the event we were there to attend. Local amenities such as train station, IGA & eating places were a short walk away. DFO Homebush was under 15 minutes walk away. Surrounding area was safe, quiet & pleasant, being next to Bicentennial Park.
The washer dryer needed a good clean of its rubber seals which were dirty & mouldy, shower caddy was rusty & the toilet brush holder was rusty & its brush dirty. Cooking pot & lid in the kitchen cupboard was dirty & had to be washed before use.
