    This was a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful staff, especially the gentleman who check us in. Large room, with seating area and so many amenities. Comfy bed, and easy to control heating/air conditioning, and immaculately clean Very central location, with plenty of cafes and easy connections to anywhere you wanted to go. Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely no negatives

    Was very impressed by the facilities, staff and cleanliness at this hotel. There is a large tub, bidet, and comfortable beds with additional free bonuses such as bathrobes, toothbrushes, razors, water, and towels. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful (especially the man at the front desk!). We were able to get our luggage delivered here and they helped us ship it to our next stay. There are no laundry services but there is coin laundry just across the street!

    the room i got is so big compared to other hotels that we stayed during our trip in japan , from the outside the hotel are so cute you probably cannot see it properly , but once you enter the room bobmz it is big and just okay for two of us , definitely gonna repeat this hotel again when im back in kyoto 🤍🤍
