We had a wonderful stay – the apartment was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with a large terrace and privat
Beautiful accommodation, we felt very comfortable and cozy. Modern equipment, washing machine, iron, and a fully equipped beautiful kitchen. A huge terrace with a jacuzzi that was just for us. We really enjoyed our stay here, we didn’t even feel like going to the beach. As for the location, it’s close to the beach, with several restaurants nearby, and since it’s not in the center of Zadar, the beaches weren’t crowded and it was peaceful. The staff was very helpful – whatever we needed, they were ready to assist immediately. This holiday was truly top-notch for us, and we didn’t even want to go home. :)
The grill was not clean from the previous guests, there was old food left inside. I would also suggest adding squeegees in the bathrooms and one for the upper terrace floor, as the jacuzzi occasionally overflowed.

Das Apartment hat grundsätzlich Potenzial und bietet ausreichend Platz, allerdings war die Sauberkeit leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Kühlschrank war verschmutzt, es gab Spinnen und viel Staub. Türen, Fronten und Glasflächen waren stark verschmiert, und die Terrassenböden sehr schmutzig – wir gingen nur mit Hausschuhen hinaus. In einem der Badezimmer funktionierte die Heizung nicht, und es gab nur drei statt der angegebenen vier Bäder (für uns aber kein großes Problem). Im Whirlpool war zudem deutlich zu viel Chlor. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung und Wartung könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.
