A comfortable nights stay at a superb location.

The property was in a lovely location about 2 mins walk from the beach and a few bars and restaurants. It was perfect for us as we were touring g on our motorbike and there was private parking with the property. The area felt very safe and welcoming. The apartment was very well decorated and had all the amenities you need for a holiday stay. The host, Anabelle, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We both slept very well and can recommend this apartment!

I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay – just as described! The apartment fully matched the description and photos – clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the sea, which was perfect. There’s a lovely café nearby with great breakfasts and coffee – I highly recommend visiting Antinov Café, which also has an amazing view. Also close by is the Punta restaurant with excellent cuisine. The host was very polite and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. She gave us great tips , even recommended a good gym. I’m very grateful for her hospitality.

Love it!

The apartment is fabulous! Anabella is super nice and the location is great. There is free parking, many beaches to choose from and bars for evening cocktails. The city is a short car ride or a nice evening walk. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

The location of the apartment is right by Borik beach. It is a pebble beach but there is a sandy beach nearby as well. The beach is a prime spot for sunsets. There is a bus stop to get to the city center within walking distance from the apartment as well as a supermarket. The street was nice and quiet, the beach as well. We were there at the end of June so there were not many people, it was not crowded or noisy at all. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious fridge, a freezer, a kettle, and everything you might need. There is a common seating area on the patio and drying racks where we could let our swimsuits air dry. Communication with the host was seamless, done through WhatsApp where she sent all the info regarding the keys, the area, and answered all the questions we had. I definitely recommend this place.

Must Stay in Zadar !

I was in a rush when I booked this place. I do remember that i wanted accessible parking and beach access. This place ended up having private parking, sea views and minutes from the beach ! It met my needs. Then I went inside ! After doing a quick tour of the place I thought that I could just stay in the apartment the entire stay instead. IT WAS SO AMAZING! It was clean. The interior decorating was expertly done. Wow! There were so many little things that made everything stand out: light switches near the headboard of the bed, seal of cleanliness stickers for the toilet lids, q-tips in a jar in the bathroom, fridge behind faux cabinet doors and tea bags separated by flavor . Prior to arrival, Annabelle sent an information guide about Zadar that was super helpful- I actually went to every place she recommended for food and it was delicious. I also ran into Annabelle in the driveway and she gave me some more help with directions. Super friendly and helpful.

I do not have any negatives for this property.

Apartment has a design vibe, recently refurbished. We appreciated comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Beach is walking distance, we took a cheap taxi downtown (6€)

Remek design a lakásban és közel a strand

Közel voltak a strandok a szálláshoz, tényleg csak 2-3 perc séta. Maga a szállás remek. Kényelmes ágyak, jó felszereltség, csendes környék.

A belváros kb 3,0-3,5 km de a busz megálló szintén kb 3 perc séta. Mi busszal mentünk be a városba így nem kellett a parkolással vesződni.

Sve je bilo fenomenalno.

Domaćica jako ljubazna i draga. Sve smo se brzo dogovorile. Apartman je jako lijepo uređen i čist. Krevet i jastuci udobni. Sviđalo mi se što ima lagan ljeti prekrivač, a ne samo plahte.

Pipa u tušu je lijepa ali malo nespretna za korištenje - nismo naviknuti na takav stil pipe.

Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und freundlich und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich.

Küche war leider nicht sehr sauber,wurde von der Putzfrau wahrscheinlich zu schnell geputzt,die Karaffe mit Wasser im Kühlschrank hat sehr gestunken,und der Kühlschrank war nicht ganz gereinigt.Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer schmutzig wie auch die kleine Sofa.

ottima zona, bell'appartamento e host molto simpatica

Ottima posizione tranquilla in mezzo alla penisola di Puntamika, a due passi dalle spiagge e dai locali. Appartamento davvero carino, ottimamente arredato ben fornito e molto confortevole. La host è davvero molto simpatica e disponibile, si attiva subito in caso di necessità. La zona è molto carina, e trovo sia meglio soggiornare qui che in centro a Zara, c'è meno caos e dalle spiagge della penisola si godono una vista stupenda e tramonti formidabili. Il centro città risulta comunque facilmente raggiungibile.

in bagno c'era un po' di cattivo odore che faceva pensare che l'edificio avesse un piccolo problema di scarichi. Non era insopportabile, voglio precisarlo, solo leggermente sgradevole. È un problema che abbiamo riscontrato qualche volta in Croazia, non so come mai.
