posizione super strategica e appartamento molto godibile con spazi ampi e tutto il necessario
- segni di usura abbastanza evidenti, probabilmente dati dalla fine stagione però non piacevolissimi da vedere: muri segnati, battiscopa accanto alla lavastoviglie staccato, anta frigo separata dal mobile cucina (rotta), grande macchia sul divano e un po’ di polvere qua e là (soprattutto mobili soggiorno)

Perfect location at the edge of the center. Very close to yacht harbor, beach and rampart walk. Restaurants just outside the door. Easy (mostly flat) 12 minute walk from the train. Lovely view from the living room of Nice and the Alps over the yacht harbor. Comfortable. Second (USA third) floor but easy climb. Very easy key retrieval on arrival. I would stay here again.
Sometimes noisy from the street. Unprepossessing ground floor entrance hallway. Bed was a bit narrow. Scaffolding and workmen outside the windows with building materials stored in the entrance (May 2026). Not a problem for me, but staying here with a car would be a problem.
