The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful & spotless. Had all amenities we needed. Easy access to the property.

I would have liked extra towels (5 days with the same was not sufficient).

Located on a pretty square in a quiet neighbourhood and 10 minutes walking distance to Trindade train station - there’s a metro line that takes you directly to the airport (no change of lines). Matching crockery and cutlery, new glasses and a 2 plate stove so you can cook if you want to. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt organised and Co-ordinated. Coffee pods are replenished daily in the entrance hall downstairs. Highly recommend these apartments.

No sofa although there is a chair in the room. A bit dark in the bathroom as there’s no window nor light above the shower. But there are 2 mirrors with lights. A smoke or fire alarm went off at midnight in the building and were weren’t quite sure whether to evacuate or call for help (was a false alarm) - may be useful having clear emergency procedures documented somewhere or provided beforehand. Our room looked over the courtyard and the building next door is under construction, just something to consider as half the apartments overlook the square but other half overlook the courtyard.
