Located in a quiet residential street about 20 minutes from the center of town. Everything was as expected- very spacious, beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen well appointed though we only used the fridge and kettle. There is a cooktop, oven and microwave. The wifi was free and strong. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was nice. The owners arranged a taxi ride from the airport which was kind.
Would have been nice to have some coffee cups and longlife milk pods for making a coffee in the keurig machine in the morning. The sliding door to the back deck was very heavy and hard to open and didn’t lock so we let the owners know about this. Clock needed a new battery.

The studio appartment was spacious for one person. Kitchen was equipped to allow for all the cooking you need for one or two persons (although I didn't cook). The WiFi was flawless.
It is only a short walk from the appartment to the metro station Trindade with connections on all metro lines. Supermarkets and some restaurants are close by as well.
The bathroom is pretty small, although the space is used very efficiently.
The sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on and it's probably not a good choice for a third guest to sleep on.
Traffic can be heard in the appartment facing the road and especially the passing busses are a surprisingly loud. Closing the windows and the roller blinds helped reduce that.

En la zona hay obras y no pudimos dormir bien, la zona es muy ruidosa y pasan grúas por encima del jardín. De esta cuestión nos informaron los propietarios después de haber realizado el pago, por lo que no nos parece correcto.
