Logement bien placé, proche d'une station de métro, du réseau de bus et de la place de la République, assez proche du centre. Proximité appréciée d'une boulangerie sympa. Le propriétaire a été très réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Attention, immeuble sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être problématique pour les grosses valises et les familles avec bébés.
L'appartement mériterait d'être rafraichi. La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée, il manquerait une poêle de plus ainsi que quelques plats.

Super appartement, très bien agencé (Machine à laver, cafetière, Tv, ect...) idéale pour une petite famille ou une bande de copains.
