L'allotjament està ben situat per visitar la zona, a 20 minuts de Chamonix, 10 de Sant Gervais, Salanches... està en una zona tranquila. L'apartament és molt modern, perfectament equipat, molt comfortable, i tot funciona perfectament. Un lloc ideal per visitar la neu dels voltants, esquiar, etc.
La part exterior de l'edifici on està l'apartament és força antic i poc cuidat, però no afecta al comfort de l'apartament. Hi faltava una torradora de pa. Sembla poc important, però es troba molt a faltar al moment d'emorzar.
