Cosy 4 Bedroom Walsall House - Free WiFi & Parking

Great facilities and location.

DO NOT STAY AT ANY PROPERTY THAT IS RAN BY THIS PERSON!! we was meant to stay here but got moved last minute , as soon as we opened the door it smelt like wet dog and damp , the place hadnt seen a hoover or a cleaner in fact in forever , i felt itchy as soon as i entered the house , the place was filthy ! Pillows were dirty , there was a used womens stick on finger nail on the bedroom side , planks of wood covering holes in the carpet in one bedroom , we could smell bad damp so we followed our nose to see where it was coming from and found a basement with moldy mattresses in it that is causing the smell, skirting boards hanging on with door hinges, the Tv didnt work, there was one towel between 4 people & the wifi didnt have a password so the guy sent me loads of different passwords to try , i tried to contact the owner but had no answer other than replying on booking.com trying to justify the place was clean and tidy & lied that he was calling me when he never ! Absolute disgrace i would not let a stray dog live in the property !! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY AND A PLACE CALLED CENTRAL 7 BED HOUSE WITH THE ADDRESS 2 PERSEHOUSE !!

Very little - convenient location

Sadly, this property was a major disappointment. The house was dirty from top to bottom, with dust, grime, and rubbish left in the bedrooms. The kitchen was particularly poor — dirty dishes, broken furniture, and rusty old appliances. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with stained bedding and visible hairs. The boiler leaked during our stay, and the host entered the property unannounced to wipe it up with what we later discovered was our tea towel. Communication was frustrating — we had to repeatedly chase for the door code and Wi-Fi details. The “free parking” claim is misleading as there’s no driveway, only limited street parking. The location is convenient, but that’s the only good thing I can say. The property feels like a neglected old student house rather than suitable guest accommodation. I contacted the host on multiple occasions to address issues however he was only concerned about the mattress springs and no other issues raised. Would not stay again and would urge others to avoid at all costs.
