The property was very spacious, lots of rooms very ideal for large families or large groups, a lot of amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom so you won’t be left needing something as it’ll most likely be provided, it is a little run down in terms of door handles falling off and sockets being in random places and things like that but it’s nothing too major

Stayed here with my cousins for a family holiday together. We all noted how comfortable the beds were and the place was adequately clean too. The host was very helpful when there were issues. The kitchen was also well kitted out as well as the bathroom. The house itself is situated not far from Wolverhampton which can make a day trip out easy without lots of travelling.

Unfortunately, we arrived late on the Friday evening and didn’t realise until early the Saturday morning that there was no hot water. We had most of our Saturday trying to get that sorted. The hosts were helpful and came to our aid but obviously it wasn’t ideal as there were a number of us that wanted to shower & use hot water. As well as this, the downstairs toilet door was hanging on by one hinge! When I’d explained this to the host, trying to clarify it wasn’t an issue we had created, she explained she already knew and it was the previous guests. It was a bit dangerous and should’ve been sorted before we arrived. One final note, not a complaint, but to inform anyone who may be staying with a big group of family or friends, the sitting room is very small so we often sat in one of the bedrooms so we could all sit together. I wouldn’t call these ‘complaints’ just more honest reviews of some unfortunate issues with our stay.
