Smeštaj je u mirnom kraju, krevet je udoban, ceo apartmant čist. Prodavnica u neposrednoj blizini.

Apartman se nalazi i gleda na neku staru kuću oko koje je jako prljavo i neuredno. Zidovi su pretanki tako da se sve čuje, tuš kabina je premala za devojku, a kamoli za muškarca. Svetlost ulične rasvete prolazi kroz venecijanere koji ne mogu da se zamrače i jako smetaju pri ležanju i spavanju. Kada rezervišete apartman morate da date broj svoje platne kartice (sada je to jasno zbog čega), kako bi se vlasnici osigurali za plaćanje, jer bi se svako normalan samo okrenuo i otišao kada bi video apartman i horor oko istog.
