Great place to stay.

Owner of the house is so kind and helpful person. I strongly recommend this place. But The only missing thing that I encountered lift. The lift out of order. If you are young or you dont have any healt problem you can stay here. You can also check availablity for lift. Thay may fix it up when you book. for the house. But Everyting is so good.

It was ok

Immediately after we made the reservation, we received all the necessary booking data, how to find the accommodation, the parking space, the code for entering the block and the code for the keys. We didn't meet the host at all. I left the money inside to inform the request. The apartment is large on the ground floor, modernly furnished, it looks good, it is very easy to reach the car which is parked right at the window on the terrace. Very close, across the street there is a supermarket for daily necessary shopping. Even if there were 3 small shortcomings, I recommend this location, in the evening it's quiet and you can rest.

The only minus were: 1. the fact that although we took off our shoes at the entrance to the house, after 10 minutes our white socks turned black on the sole. Although there was no dirt at all, the floor was dirty, it seemed that the floor was not washed very well. 2. The towels that were initially white, are now a kind of gray, here it is worth making an investment, the way the house looks is worth newer towels. 3. The bedroom wardrobe door makes a deafening sound when you try to take a linen or pillow from the closet.

There was autopark for car. There was hot water every time.

The air conditioning is not enough for the room. We want to request to increase degree but not accepted. Also no slipper and rug. So we cold when we at home and sleeping. Beside eating stuff was not so much. Also the owner want us tax payment but in booking it was writing all taxes and feeds included. so we didnt pay. Not appropriate for winter maybe for summer.

Good place to visit Skopje!

Big apartment with good furniture, AC when needed, globally well-equipped. Autonomous check-in and out. Reserved parking lot.

Cleanliness of the apartment (greasy floor, leaks in the bathroom), no sponge in the kitchen + dislocated toilet seat. Location a bit far away from the center.

Appartement is in a quiet surrounding and close to city center.

There are a lot of things to say. The towels which were prepared for us were all still wet. We got one blanket for 2 beds (we were a family of four). The appartment was dirty, in the bathroom was mold. The appartment is advertised with own washing machine but the clothes drying rack was full of laundry of the appartment. So no possibility to make our laundry as it dries hardly in the appartment. It is also not very comfortable to have a fully loaded big drying rack in the kitchen as the appartment is not too big. There was a stove with 1 stovepot and 7 pans but the stove did only work with 1 pot. So if you wish to cook it is not really possible. The owner always reacted promptely by messenger. The day of leaving she told us to leave the money on the table as she pretended to be in the office, we told her that we leave at 10.00. As we were 10 minutes late for leaving she suddendly arrived, said hello and disappeared somewhere in the building. Hospitality is definitively diffrent than that.

The place was very clean, comfortable and it has all the necessary facilities. It is a quiet place, we loved our stay. The private parking is right next to the balcony door and it was very helpful for the transport of our luggage and bags. We will definitely come back !

the bedroom was a little bit cold. Even though there was a small heater we could use to warm it up, we could not leave it on while sleeping because then the air would get very dry.
