I would stay again if I return to Skopje.

Instructions to find the apartment was very clear and host was very kind. Neighbourhood was quiet but felt safe. Around 15 mins walk to main city center.

No charging point near the bed / only available near the TV, but it wasn’t a big issue.

We had a problem with the apartment upon arrival but Dejan responded quickly and tried to find a solution.

Decent apartment in central Skopje

Overall it's a nice apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. I felt safe staying there. It's 10 mins away from the main bus station which is convenient if you need to travel by bus.

The bathroom could do with a bit of tlc. There was some dust on the laundry basket and toilet brush. The shower cabin had some water/shower gel marks and it could do with some deep clean (silicone was not white). But apart from that,it was all good!

Amazing experience in Skopje

Location, wifi, price, safe neighborhood, — everything awesome. But I want to especially make an accent about the host. Very attentive to details, client-oriented person. He was worried and waited for my message late at night after I checked in. Also, called a taxi for me to at 2AM to get to the airport. As a female solo traveler, this put a phenomenally positive impression about the locals in Skopje. Thank you very much for that! 100/10.

Soundproofing lacks, the fridge is noisy, sofa bed squeezed everytime you roll, also as mentioned lack of the sockets near the bed (found one behind the sofa). But it’s so minor, I still rate it as 10.

Excellent apartment and even better host

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was great, very spacious and comfy. The best impression was made by the host Dejan, who was more than helpful. He assisted us with the parking space and allowed us a late check out at no extra cost. We highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly come back any time we are in Skopje.

The apartment had only one flaw - there aren't any electricity outlets in the kitchen, so you need to use the one under the TV to make coffee.

Perfecto calidad-precio

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Está limpio y es bonito. Encima tienes el supermercado kipper justo abajo del alojamiento, que tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar a muy buen precio. Por último, la ubicación es genial, a 10 minutos andando de toda la zona turística. Recomiendo comer en un sitio de hamburguesas y comida rápida a 3 minutos del apartamento, de camino al centro (está recubierto de letreros de Cocacola) si lo encontráis habéis triunfado!

It was definitely comfortable, relaxed and safe.

Üsküp’ün merkezinde çok tatlı ve konforlu bir apartman dairesi. 2 kişi için ideal, oda son derece temizdi. Apartmanın altında market bulunuyor, ayrıca otobüs istasyonuna yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakika, büyük bir AVM’ye 5 dakika, şehir merkezine ise 20 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Konum gerçekten çok avantajlı. Eve akıllı giriş sistemi ile ev sahibiyle buluşmadan kolayca giriş yaptık. Bunun için ev sahibi bizi önceden bilgilendirmişti, çok pratik oldu. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Üsküp hakkında sorduğumuz sorulara da hemen yanıt vererek bize yardımcı oldu. Daire güvenli, ferah ve tertemizdi. Hatta çamaşır odası bile mevcut. Hem kısa hem de uzun süreli konaklamalar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Tek eleştirim şu olurdu; evlere tek kullanımlık terlikler koyulması çok rahatlatırdı.

La struttura si trova in un edificio nuovo e abbastanza moderno. L'abitazione é ben fornita, c'é davvero tutto e il letto é ben comodo.

Abbasso il voto perché sarebbe potuto essere un 10 (e lode). La posizione non é centralissima ma comunque in 15 minuti a piedi si sta a Piazza Macedonia. Il problema é la pulizia, di cui la struttura é stata un po' carente. Non l'abbiamo trovata molto sporca, ma nemmeno ben pulita. C'era calcare in bagno, e gli utensili della cucina non erano pulitissimi.

Non consiglio salvo una pulizia approfondita e costante degli ambienti

Struttura moderna. Vista la situazione delle pulizia della casa, la proprietaria non ci ha fatto pagare per il nostro soggiorno di una notte.

Struttura SPORCA. Capelli sul pavimento, sui tappeti, nei posti poco raggiungibili (tra il letto e il divisorio in legno), polvere in ogni dove, sotto al divano, sul termosifone del bagno, sulle termo valvole dei vari termosifoni, sulle maniglie dei mobili, sugli stessi mobili dentro e fuori, nel locale lavanderia sporcizia varia. Lenzuolo per il letto che è un divano letto appoggiato alla fodera senza copri materasso al di sotto. Nella doccia era presente una lametta usa e getta con tanto di peli annessi e shampoo/bagnoschiuma lasciati da precedenti ospiti. Puzza di fumo nell’appartamento nonostante ci sia anche un cartello che lo vieta. La struttura si trova a 15’ dal centro a piedi.

Hezký moderní apartmán, přímo v baráku na rohu obchod, kde si člověk může nakoupit.

Byl vypnutý bojler, na což jsme přišli až ráno po probuzení. Nemožnost parkování.

Très beau et grand appartement dans un immeuble calme à 15min à pied du centre. Le balcon est grand et donne une belle vue. Très belle et grande salle de bain, jet d’eau puissant. C’est un appartement agréable pour loger dedans.

Il n’y a que 3 places de parking gratuit devant le magasin de l’immeuble sinon tout est payant. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas tout comme la hotte de la cuisine.

Immeuble neuf, sécurisé, bien placé, supérettes à côté. Literie correcte. Balcon agréable.

Manque de propreté de la salle de bain, de la cuisine et de la pièce à vivre. Le service de ménage n’est pas à la hauteur. Manque un peu d’équipements.

- Rewelacyjny kontakt z Gospodarzem, przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu, niezwykle miły i pomocny - Fenomenalne mieszkanie, świetna aranżacja, dająca poczucie bycia w "domu", a nie w hostelu - Genialna lokalizacja przy dworcu i bardzo blisko centrum - Świetna instrukcja zameldowania, nie da się nie trafić - Pralka w mieszkaniu! Ogromny plus! - Bardzo wygodne łóżko

- Jedyny minus: drugiej nocy nie było ciepłej wody w mieszkaniu i nie dało się wziąć prysznica. Mimo to mieszkanie oceniam bardzo wysoko!
