The bed was really hard

The bed was the only down fall

The bed killed my back

If only 2 people were staying, the property would be fine. Location was good and beautiful outlook over mountains.

We never got any check in instructions prior to arriving. Had to find our own way to cabin once we arrived and then contact the host to get check in instructions once there. No parking directly outside cabin and it is a steep, unstable wooden stair case down to cabin. We had booked and paid for 4 adults and found on arrival that there was no bedding for the sofa bed. As it was getting late we had to wait until the next day to receive the bedding and slept on a very uncomfortable, stained sofa bed mattress, not fit for purpose with no linen, pillows or blankets. Also note that the room is downstairs and you can hear the upstairs guests walking above. This was noted on the check in instructions we received once we arrived. On the upside, The third party team we were communicating with when I rung regarding my concerns were very quick in responding and trying to sort out the problem.
