Si tratta di un appartamento totalmente rinnovato in una vecchia casa sulla strada che dalla campagna porta al centro storico di Orsera. L'appartamento si presente molto bello, pulito, e fornito di elettrodomestici di ottima qualità. Non è dotato di parcheggio ma questo è facilmente reperibile poco lontano; inoltre il gestore fornisce una tessera per metter l'auto in un paio di parcheggi cittadini, siti in zone strategiche. Il centro storico di Orsera, antico e affascinante, si raggiunge in due minuti di cammino, mentre in dieci minuti si è al porto e alla bella spiaggia cittadina. Il gestore ci ha accolti con molta cortesia, lasciando in appartamento un cesto di frutta e delle bibite di benvenuto.
Non trovo nulla di negativo o discutibile da segnalare.

The owner is nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, clean and modern. Our stay was excellent, everything was tip-top. I definitely recommend the accommodation.

Vse mi je bilo všeč, zelo blizu so trgovine z hrano ali pijačo, dovolj je restavracij, lepa obala za sprehod ali ostale športne aktivnosti...

Nově zrekonstruovaný apartmán, vkusně a účelově zařízený.
Čistota, vybavení, pohodlné postele.
Velice ochotný majitel.
Klidná oblast, na skok do historického centra.
Pláž do 10 minut a odměnou je krásná vyhlídka na moře i historické centrum (ve Vrsaru je to ve stylu nahoru a dolů :-) )
K dispozici parkovací karta na parkoviště u pláže - nevyužili jsme, procházka stojí za to :-)
