Modernes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement! Super Lage

Brand new building and appartment, branded/very good appliances, lot of kitchenware and dishwasher (my wife was happy to cook here, her words), perfect espresso, blander for smoothies, small things every kitchen needs (from toothpicks to salt, some coffee for start etc). Beds are comfortable, also comfortable big couch in the living room (for sure 180cm wide if not even bigger), nice balcony, safe parking lot. Appartment is not very big, but every centimeter is well used. Location is great, almost directly by the promenade (short, dead-end, side street) and in center of small, quiet town. Montraker beach with nice restaurant is within short walking distance along the promenade (google maps says 600m or 7 min walk). Beaches here are not packed with people (I was in Vrsar also last year, before covid-19), you have real shade under trees. The town is good to relax (also for couples, not many loud kids), but not for parties. Rovinj is 35 min drive away, Porec less than 20 min (11 km away). There is big supermarket Konzum in town (you need to drive there), while smaller bakeries and supermarkets are within 200m from appartment. Host is great, never had such detailed instructions (pictures of parking lot, where to pic keys and card to enter parking etc.), welcome drink (bottle of good local wine).

Only see view is missing, but this was clear from the pictures, so no deduction of points.
