The proximity to downtown

The space is in a low ceiling basement. With narrow halls and doors. The bathroom shower was nice but very cramped. If you have mobility concerns or are a little bit older this might not be the most ADA friendly place.

Unfortunate facility that doesn’t what the value for the money.

Location is good.

The facilities. Doors locked are safety issues. One of my daughters was locked in and unable to open the door while inside the room. If it was an emergency situation, that will be dangerous.

Great location, but dirty

Easy walking to inner harbour, water taxi stop, Save On. Beautiful view. Private entrance. Comfortable beds. Free WiFi. Inexpensive.

Parking is on the street and if you’re not careful they will tell you to park in front of the fire hydrant. The private entrance is down a public path, up some steep stairs, and through a cluttered yard that seems to accumulate something new by the hour. Everything, but the floor and beds was filthy and I had to clean before we could cook or eat there. The bathroom had a used bar of soap and a used loofah provided for toiletries.
