Overall all this is a great place to stay and if they gave it a superior clean and upgraded the mattresses I would give

This upscale condo was in a perfect, central location in the heart of downtown close to the inner harbour.

The beds were lumpy and creaked every time you moved. The over all condo was somewhat clean but the windows were very dirty as well and the fans and floors.

The location was very central. The apartment was easy to gain entry into and spacious. Nice large balcony.

The small bedroom could do with better lighting. As well as new matching bedding.

Comfortable and convenient.

It was very clean and the location was excellent.

We found it difficult to work out how to use the fob key collected from the nearby shop. On leaving the property we couldn’t get the appropriate box to open to replace the key. We had to contact the owner who told us to leave it in the apartment. The blinds in the main bedroom let in a lot of light and would be better with blackout blinds.

Definitely consider staying here if you want well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area.

We did not realize how small the second bedroom was. It does not have a window so it feels a little closed in. I would say only good for a small child. But overall, property is great otherwise - very comfortable with great off street parking and wonderful,location close to everything.

Nice location near to inner harbour, helpful and kind host, Clean suit, feel comfortable and warm stay. It’s my best stay in this trip until now.

The location was excellent, close to the water, restaurants, parliament, etc.

There are some homeless people on the Douglas Street side of the condo apartment. There was no blinds in the living room and the blinds in the bedroom would be better if they were blackout blinds.

Wonderful location, close to downtown and harbour. Lovely apartment building. Excellent bathroom and shower!

Traffic noise - we didn't sit out on the balcony at all because it was too noisy. Not a major issue but the kitchen could do with an update to pots and pans - some of them very old and well used. More spoons would have been useful!

Roomy, quiet apartment excellently located in Victoria’s down town

Excellently located in downtown Victoria. Easy walk to so many awesome sights plus numerous restaurants; bars and other shops. The apartment is reasonably quiet even though it’s on a fairly main road. It’s spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed having a full kitchen plus the various little touches like decent quality hair care products. Included secure under cover parking is also very welcome and useful as the surrounding area has strict parking restrictions.

It is ideal for up to three guests. The ‘sofa bed’ is the seat under the window in the photo in the living room. This is a single foam ‘mattress’. Not really ideal for a decent sleep especially as it’s located under a large window which doesn’t have a blind. A minor suggestion is to have more than 4 glasses and an additional larger frying pan.

I will recommend this to others, and I think the owners have a second place in the same building.

It uses a FOB verses a key for the doors, elevators, and parking which requires a smart phone and smart person :) It was easy once we got through the very detailed instructions. The FOB pickup location is in a 7/11 and is on the first floor of the condo building. Loved having a washer and dryer.

The second bedroom was a small single bed which is exactly as advertised. There was nothing not to like it is exactly as advertised.

Perfect location and plenty of space for three of us.

Very modern and nicely appointed! Excellent location. Beautiful condo with gardens and water features. Was nice they left some cokes and bottles of water in the frig for us. TV worked well. Parking was covered and secure. Easy to walk around downtown - so close to everything (right behind the Empress). Really fun hot tub & pool outdoors on the 3rd floor. We used the master bedroom, small bedroom, and one of us slept on the futon in the main room. Plenty of space.

There were three of us but only two towels and no hand towel. After a few messages, that was fixed later in the day. We picked a bad time since there is construction going on nextdoor - a huge building is being built so lots of construction noise. A fair amount of city, siren noise being downtown but that is par for the course in that area I suppose. Hot tub and pool are only day-light use only which seems really odd. I've never seen a hot tub you can't use at night.

Great option over a hotel.

location is great, secure parking, nice building, washer/dryer.

On a busy street, so can be loud at night, limited glassware, non bar ware, in the condo. Too few towel hooks/rods for number of people allowed, 4, no luggage racks available. Felt like I was borrowing a friend's condo who had abruptly left for the weekend, as a rental could use a deep clean and the second bedroom felt/ looked like a young child's room, who even had made the bed, ;), haha. Overall a good/great option over a hotel.
