Great location downtown, waking distance to most tourist spots in Victoria. The place was comfortable, secure, and it was great having a kitchen, laundry, living room, second bathroom, and extra tiny bedroom. It was also great to have free parking in the building.
It was a little inconvenient to have to find street parking and go to the 7-11 to get the key from a lockbox. The mattress in the little extra room was pretty thin but my daughter was able to sleep ok. As others have mentioned, blackout curtains in the bedroom would have been nice, especially in summer. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better (we found some hairs in the tub and floor).

This upscale condo was in a perfect, central location in the heart of downtown close to the inner harbour.
The beds were lumpy and creaked every time you moved. The over all condo was somewhat clean but the windows were very dirty as well and the fans and floors.
