Era em frente ao local onde tinha compromisso.
Apartamento sujo, sendo que cobraram 200 reais de taxa de limpeza. Encontramos sujeira espalhada pelo chão e bancada de alimentação suja tambem. Ainda tivemos que entregar o apartamento com o chão varrido, louça lavada e luxo retirado. Portão de entrada demora muito para abrir pois não aciona na primeira tentativa, tive que tentar 3 vezes em vários momentos. Levando em consideração ser em POA fiquei receosa de algo acontecer enquanto esperava fora do prédio.

A localização apenas.
Não tinha sabonete. Quarto não tinha bom cheiro. Roupas de cama e toalhas de não eram confortáveis e cheirosas.
