Excelente segurança, disponibilidade de mercado interno com variedade de produtos, ótima localização e excelente limpeza.
Uma pequena dificuldade no check-in pelo fato de alugarmos 2 aptos e 2 vagas de garagem e no ato estar tudo cadastrado num só, com uma vaga apenas. No entanto mesmo no feriado, a empresa responsável resolveu via WhatsApp em questão de minutos e ficou tudo certo.

O apartamento é limpo e organizado. Dentro da expectativa.
O ar condicionado pingava para dentro do quarto e não havia vidro no box do banheiro. Esse é o único motivo que não levou not 10.

Localização excelente pra quem vai fazer algo na PUC
Paguei um valor a mais no Booking após a reserva para ter itens de higiene pessoal, mas não tinha nada. Além disso a pia do banheiro não escoa a água direito e o box do banheiro está vazando água e molha o banheiro mesmo num banho rápido.
