Para quem tem evento na PUCRS, a localização é perfeita. O apartamento é prático, cama confortável, tem portaria 24h (os porteiros foram muito receptivos).
A limpeza poderia ser mais caprichada, o controle remoto da TV não tinha pilhas, a persiana estava quebrada. O cooktop é por indução mas tinha apenas uma panela para indução e estava toda queimada e suja.

Apartamento novo, bem cuidado, iluminado, arejado e seguro atendendo plenamente às minhas necessidades. TV e eletrodomésticos em perfeito funcionamento.
Os lençóies e a coberta estavam rasgados, e o box do banheiro apresentava cabelos no chão, demonstrando falha na limpeza.

Nao tinha manta com frio de 6 graus,fizemos checkin das 2 pessoas ,com antecedencia ,so aparecia 1 ,controle tv sem pilha,nao tinha faca pra comer uma fruta,a cafeteira nao funcionou.pedi manta era 19 horas me responderam que no dia seguinte entre 10 e 14 horas levariam.péssimo antendimento.
