It was good
The flat is in a good location, the host is highly responsive. The flat is neat and tidy . Beds were very comfy , Heating was good too , it was a home away from home for my family .
I don’t like there was no free parking . The only thing was that the carpet looked too old and the light brown colour already turned dark brown looking like it’s dirty but it’s not dirty , I think it’s just old .

Brilliant value, great location & very close parking.
The space was good. Individual bedrooms. You could sleep 7. It was quiet, even though on a main road and above a club. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable, we both slept well. It is secure. It's USP is it's location - it is literally a 5 minute walk from the town centre. It was perfect for our Town Hall event. Also parking is good and excellent value. We were very kindly allowed to check in early, which was much appreciated. I would stay again. Thank you.
Nothing we didn't like. (We're not going to mention any specific TLC that is required, as the owner is well aware and he informed us very honestly prior to making payment) . I would like to suggest full length mirrors in the bedrooms and a mirror in the bathroom when adding your improvements.

I would turn the middle lounge into a pull out sofa bed so you havin a living to sit as a family in the evening before bed

Basics are there, needs some work and thought for customer.
Has a lot of potential, basic functionality is there and we were warned it needed TLC. Good location and clear entry instructions.
Bathroom photo was misleading and the rooms had been vacuumed but were not particularly clean. We were told not to put the thermostat above 18deg despite the temp having dropped and all windows had been opened. Also received a message after first (of 2) nights to give us exit instructions- little real thought for customers.
