Les Floralies Chapitre Canebière

Very stylish and comfortable appartement in a very central location. The kitchen is very well equipped and each room has its private bathroom and there is a separate toilet as well. We stayed here with 2 couples and a baby and everything was well provided for, for the baby as well! We had the feeling of staying in a friend’s appartement instead of a rental! Contact with the owners was very smooth and friendly.

The area in front of the appartement seems to be attracting (homeless?) people and they tend to sit on the appartement’s portal stairs in the evening which might come across as intimidating but actually they were always very polite and apologetic. We weren’t bothered by them.

Appartement magnifique et très pratique, qui allie le chic parisien au charme marseillais. Situé au 4ᵉ étage avec ascenseur, il dispose de 3 salles de bain, d’une grande cuisine moderne et de la climatisation pour un confort optimal. Tout était parfait : • des hôtes généreux et disponibles, • un personnel accueillant, • un emplacement idéal avec le tram et le bus juste en face : le tram mène notamment au Vieux-Port et le bus 49 dessert facilement le centre commercial Les Terrasses du Port, entre autres. Un séjour au top, je recommande vivement !

Tout était parfait et même encore mieux que sur les photos! L’appartement est magnifique, tout refait à neuf avec un goût très raffiné et très chaleureux ! Il est également très spacieux, très calme (sur cour) au 4e, avec la clim et hyper central : très bien placé en haut de la Canebiere avec un métro et un tramway juste en bas, de nombreux restaurants, boutiques, magasins et nous avons même eu un marché ! Le quartier est très sympa et nous avons pu tout faire en transport en commun. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Marseille et recommandons très vivement
