Хотелось бы, чтобы был комплект одноразовых зубных щеток или хотя бы шампунь. Но это скорее как пожелание, а не недостаток. Потому что был только гель для душа.

Love this cozy little apartment! It retains heat very well, so it was great for a winter night.

There is nowhere to hang wet towels. Not one hook or rail or anything upon which to hang a wet towel. The bedroom could use at least one surface upon which one could put one's glasses, phone etc at night. Also, a full length mirror wouldn't hurt.

Flat is well situated opposite the Grove Mall & Lady Pohamba Hospital. Secure parking. On site security. Lifts in working condition. No noisy neighbours. Wifi strength was good although my service provider blocked the connection & I could not download or send emails. The agent was friendly & helpful.

The booking confirmation did not mention the exact name of the block of flats where I was staying. I sent a message to the number indicated on the booking, but received no reply. I had to find a free wifi spot to send another message on Booking.com for feedback & the correct details. Security did not know I was collecting the key. They did not know which flat I was staying in or where to find the key. As the network was giving problems, so I could not phone the agent. There was no toilet paper in the flat & I had to find an open shop 21h00 at night to buy toilet paper for the flat. I would suggest a welcome note in the flat with the wifi details. As the network was down, I could not connect to Booking.com to find the wifi login & password. Luckily the agent forwarded it to me on whatsapp once I got hold of her.
