Великолепное расположение, очень чисто, есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяин был на связи. Ничего лишнего - лаконично, комфортно, просторно. Удобные подушки, комфортное постельное белье. Кондиционер в комнате и в спальне.

На двоих гостей положили только одно полотенце, но это несущественный минус проживания, скорее всего, просто ошиблись.

The apartment itself is small, cozy, and beautifully decorated — clearly a lot of effort has gone into making it comfortable and stylish.

the location is unfortunately not ideal. There is constant noise from trucks coming and going at all hours of the day and night, as the area is right next to a busy loading zone and construction site. You can hear trucks reversing, engines running, and stock being loaded throughout the day and night. Another downside is that the curtains don’t block out much light, so the apartment stays quite bright even at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s okay for a quick one-night stay — especially if you’re just passing through or can sleep through noise (or take a sleeping pill). But if you’re planning to stay for several nights and want peace and rest, this might not be the best option.
