Fran and her husband were wonderful hosts, contacting us directly to welcome us before arrival and again in the morning to see if there was anything we needed, and then again helping me to get my phone set up.The best thing about this place was the massive 7 foot super comfortable bed with top quality bedding, which was so welcome after some of the hard beds we had experienced in other accommodations, including some of the more expensive ones. Super large well equipped kitchen, and lovely balcony area overlooking the city. Excellent location close to the Maruera shopping mall. Great value for money too

De hartelijke ontvangst, de verzorgde plek met parkeerplaats en heerlijk zwembad. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Heerlijk bed. Tv en internet. Diverse zitjes, waaronder een met uitzicht over Windhoek. Loopafstand naar het centrum.

The flat was squeaky clean and I felt that every minute detail was taken into consideration. From biscuits left on arrival to Tupperware in the cupboard for food storage to clean white crisps bedsheets, this property made my stay beautiful. The proximity to the mall also made my stay at this self catering so so convenient The host was caring and responded to my texts as soon as. It honestly felt like home. I have told all my friends and family to stay at Sapphire anytime they visit Namibia.
