The staff were great, with just enough English. Otherwise, Google translate as worst case.
The owner increased the rate by 400,000 dong because he knew I wanted a specific room. The staff were lovely and apologetic that their boss was trying to milk me. NB. The room I wanted was available, but due to reasons not worth mentioning here, the owner found out I was desperate, so charged me 20-40% above what I was quoted.

La penderie était au-dessus du lit donc pas commode, évacuation du tuyau du lavabo reflue les mauvaises odeurs, un nettoyage intégral et en détail doit être fait.
