En el centro. Con lavadora. Anfitriona muy atenta.
La ventana: debes tenerla siempre cerrada, incluidos los porticones exteriores, la vista es horrible, es como un sótano.

Emplacement idéal ! Prés de tout : gare, port, place St Nicolas, rue piétonne, vieux port... Appartement très fonctionnel et quand même assez grand (pour un studio). L'hôte est réactif et arrangeant et je le remercie pour les attentions à l'arrivée dans le logement (café, biscuits, eau fraîche, pâtes...).
Le petit point faible de l'appartement est le manque de luminosité et le vis à vis dus au fait qu'il s'agit d'un rez de chaussée. Pas très problématique quand on est juste là le soir, pas la journée...

La posizione è centralissima, in una delle vie dello shopping. Ho usufruito della convenzione con il parcheggio coperto che dista solo 500 mt. Marie Noelle è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, l’appartamento è fornito di lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc non manca veramente nulla.
Il contesto non è il massimo, basterebbe poco per migliorarlo.
