Charming Stay in the Heart of Victoria, Gozo

The location was ideal for me and very quiet.

The place is very well situated next to the bus terminal, but at the same time it lies in a quiet street with very few traffic. The building is a typical Maltese limestone house with a Maltese balcony. The washing machine is appreciated. The mattress is comfortable.

Cleanliness was very poor on some surfaces : window sills full of dead tiny flies, horizontal surfaces like kitchen hood, doorbell phone, switches were full of old dust. Windows also were full of traces. The shower has a very low pressure (I don't know if it something usual in Gozo since we only stayed in this place), it proved to be difficult for my girlfriend to clean her hairs. The sink in the bathroom was almost stuck with the water beeing emptied very slowly. There is a key box to enter from the street but it is broken and needs immediate attention. It was also annoying to close because you need to stuff the key + the wire back into the box and there is no hook inside to hang all of this and everything falls out. There was just one person size blanket for two people on the bed, it was flipped to cover the bed but as a result it was too short to cover the feet. There was indeed a second blanket inside the wardrobe but without duvet cover. Finally, it is written in the description that there is an iron but there wasn't.
