Good location. Well-equipped kitchen, great for self-catering. Street parking was easy (we were there in quiet season). Easy self check-in. Main bedroom is nice with comfy bed. We found it easy to adjust the heat and keep warm even in the cold weather. Some great cafes within 2 mins walk.
Better if you don't need the sofa bed as it is a few inches too big to fit against the wall so has to stick out blocking the door. Not a comfortable sofa when in sofa mode. We found it a bit annoying we had to make the sofa bed up even though we'd told host we needed it and would be arriving very late at night.
Very difficult to shower without getting everything wet as the shower curtain only hangs down half way to the floor!
It's an old building so there is noise from stairwell and upstairs flat.

We liked the town and walking around finding the shops. We appreciated the speed with which the owner came to our aid when there was a problem with the electrics. We liked that we could watch several channels on the TV.
I think there should be some guidance on recycling. We collected all our recyclables but didn't know what to do with them.
